Jackie Bardsley is expert at assessing projects at risk of failure and getting them back on track. She has helped numerous boards and executive teams understand the issues to be considered and the difficult decisions to be made regarding IT governance, strategic IT planning, system selection and process change.
Jackie enjoys helping people work with technology. She focuses on organizational needs and impacts, including leadership, communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, change management, and decision making.
Jackie is a Certified Management Consultant and Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of business and information systems consulting experience. Prior to founding Bardsley Associates in 1987, Jackie was a management consultant with Price Waterhouse for 11 years and was Financial Systems Manager for Westin Hotels for 3 years.
